Member of Technical Staff

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Linux kernel, storage, and networking drivers.
• Work with NVMe, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, RoCE, and TCP/IP protocols.
• Debug complex storage connectivity and kernel issues.
• Optimize storage performance, reliability, and multipathing.
• Maintain Linux initiator stacks, FC-SCSI target drivers, and NIC drivers.
• Develop C/C++ modules, utilities, bug fixes, and enhancements.
• Contribute code fixes to the Linux upstream community.
• Maintain compatibility documentation and supported configurations.
• Mentor engineers and lead technical projects.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Linux/Unix kernel development and device drivers.
• Proficiency in C, C++, and Python.
• Knowledge of storage protocols such as SCSI, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, and NVMe-oF.
• Experience with Linux storage drivers, multipathing, block devices, and networking.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Experience with VMware and its initiator stack.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols.
• Experience with test automation and Linux upstream contributions is preferred.
• Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and project delivery skills.
