About this role
Role & responsibilities
- To monitor PDC Melting shop production as per targets
- To monitor process parameters on furnace .
- Furnace cleaning as per plan .
- To monitor hourly charging ratio details for all furnace .
- Man power planning and fuel efficiency monitoring.
- To co- ordinate with quality, maintenance, utility team, lab team .
- To ensure and follow all safety rules.
- To maintain housekeeping and 1S - 2S of responsible zone.
- To monitor smooth material handling.
Preferred candidate profile
- Thorough knowledge of PDC Melting furnace .
- System knowledge of IATF 16949 / OHSAS, EMS and TPM.
- Basic knowledge of Striko melting furnace and furnteck melting furnace .
- Basic knowledge of degassing machine and vacuum sample machine .
