Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via voice calls, or chat.
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Document customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Meet productivity, quality, and performance targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Customer Support, preferably in Voice or Non-Voice/Chat processes.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Strong customer-handling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools is preferred.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet defined quality and productivity targets.
