Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate, timely, and effective resolutions.
• Assist customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels as required.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate customer information and update records in the CRM or internal systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to handle customer concerns patiently and professionally.
