Meditation Teacher – Online Programs & Digital Content

Tara Mindspace is looking for a meditation teacher / mindfulness facilitator who is articulate, digitally comfortable, secular in approach, and capable of teaching live online programs to a contemporary audience.

This role is suited to someone who can combine a serious personal meditation practice with strong communication skills and the ability to guide participants confidently through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live guided meditation sessions on Zoom / Google Meet
- Lead structured online meditation and mindfulness programs
- Record guided meditations for Tara Mindspace's digital content library
- Participate in webinars, introductory sessions and online workshops
- Help develop meditation programs for audiences such as working professionals, parents and other focused groups
- Explain meditation practices in simple, contemporary and accessible language
- Engage with participants, answer practice-related questions and support their learning journey
- Collaborate with the Tara Mindspace team on new courses, scripts and digital content

What We Are Looking For

- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills
- A strong and consistent personal meditation practice
- Comfortable teaching and interacting with groups online
- Digitally savvy, including comfort with Zoom, Google Meet, online learning platforms, recordings and basic digital tools
- A secular and inclusive approach to meditation
- Ability to teach meditation without excessive religious, ritualistic or doctrinal framing
- Warm, confident and engaging presence on camera
- Ability to make traditional meditation practices relevant to modern-day challenges
- Comfortable recording audio and video content

Preferred Qualifications

- Certification in Mindfulness, MBSR, MBCT, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Meditation Teaching or a recognised related program
- Prior experience teaching meditation or mindfulness online
- Experience on platforms such as Insight Timer, YouTube, wellness apps or online learning platforms
- Retreat experience or formal training in established meditation traditions
- Experience working with corporate professionals or structured wellness programs would be an advantage

Tara Mindspace follows a secular, evidence-informed and practical approach to meditation.

We respect traditional meditation systems, but our programs are designed for a diverse modern audience. Teachers should therefore be comfortable presenting meditation without requiring participants to subscribe to any particular religion, guru, lineage or belief system.

This is primarily a digital teaching role, not an offline studio-based position.
