Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare discharge summaries for patients, ensuring accuracy and completeness of medical information.
  
• Conduct thorough medical transcription services, including documenting patient data, test results, and treatment plans.
  
• Utilize strong knowledge of medical terminology to accurately code diagnoses, procedures, and medications.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate documentation of patient records.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of medical terminology and ability to learn new terms quickly.
  
• 2-6 years of experience in a hospital setting as a Medical Scribe or Medical Typist.
  
• Excellent typing skills with an average speed of at least 40 wpm (words per minute).
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
