Role & responsibilities

Typing Medical Reports

• Prepare CT , MRI , X-Ray and Ultra Sound reports, and other healthcare documents as required.
• Type medical reports, prescriptions, discharge summaries, referral letters, and clinical notes.

Medical Transcription

• Convert doctors dictated notes or recorded audio into written medical documents.
• Ensure medical terminology, spelling, grammar, and punctuation are accurate.

Computer and Software Usage

• Use MS Word, Excel, email, electronic health record systems, and hospital software.
• Ensure documents are saved, named, and stored correctly.
