Job Title: Female Ultrasound Typist / Sonography Reporting Assistant Location: Gurgaon Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Female Ultrasound Typist / Reporting Assistant for our female-oriented ultrasound centre in Gurgaon. The candidate will assist the doctor by typing ultrasound findings in real time during scans and preparing reports for final review and signature. Key Responsibilities: Type ultrasound findings accurately while the doctor performs the scan.
Prepare and format ultrasound reports using predefined templates. Enter patient demographic details and examination information. Print and organize reports for final verification by the doctor.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records. Ensure timely completion of reports to support smooth patient flow. Requirements: Female candidate preferred.
Experience in ultrasound reporting, radiology typing, or medical transcription preferred. Good English typing speed and accuracy. Familiarity with ultrasound terminology and abbreviations.
Basic computer proficiency and experience with MS Word or reporting software. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment. Work Profile: Dedicated ultrasound typing role only.
No reception, billing, or front desk responsibilities. Approximately 20 ultrasound examinations per day. Preferred Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a diagnostic centre, radiology clinic, or hospital ultrasound department.
