About this role
- Typing of all internal medical reports.
- Typing of medical certificates of patients.
- Ensure that the typed reports are correct.
- Co-ordinate with the Front Office Executives, Doctors for the Discharge Summaries, Radiology.
- Ensure that the reports / certificates are all typed within time.
- To get the reports / certificates / summaries checked from the Doctors.
- Maintain a good relationship with all the departments.
- To formulate the Process Improvement programs and carry on Quality Initiatives in the department.
- To perform all other jobs as may be assigned due to exigencies of work.
