Medical Transcriptionist (Night Shift Role)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Listen to audio recordings from doctors' clinics and summarize medical facts into professional reports.
  
• Code diagnoses using ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS codes.
  
• Type summary reports with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
  
• Meet productivity targets while maintaining quality standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in medical transcription or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and medical coding systems (ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT).
  
• Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; ability to work independently during night shifts.
