Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of our hospital, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements (NABH) and industry standards.
• Manage budgets, resources allocation, and staff performance to achieve organizational goals.
• Ensure effective communication among healthcare teams, patients, families, and stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

• 3-10 years of experience in clinical administration or management role in a hospital setting.
• Strong understanding of NABH guidelines and regulations governing healthcare services.
• Proven track record in managing budgets, resources allocation, and staff performance effectively.
