Medical Superintendent
Role: Responsible for overseeing clinical operations, medical administration, patient safety, quality standards, and coordination of clinical departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day clinical and medical operations of the hospital.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, SOPs, NABH standards, and statutory requirements.
- Manage and coordinate with consultants, doctors, nursing, and allied healthcare teams.
- Monitor clinical quality, patient safety, patient grievances, and clinical outcomes.
- Support medical manpower planning, recruitment, credentialing, and consultant engagement.
- Conduct clinical reviews, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Unit Head and other functions for smooth hospital operations.
Qualification: MBBS; MBA preferred.
Experience: 10+ years of relevant hospital/medical administration experience.
