Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee the overall management of hospital operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain high-quality patient care.
• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and optimize resource utilization to achieve profitability targets.
• Foster a culture of excellence in clinical services delivery by promoting teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 7-17 years of experience in hospital administration or related field.
• Strong background in clinical operations, medication administration, NABH accreditation requirements.
• Proven track record in managing profit & loss (P&L) statements for hospitals or healthcare organizations.
