Role & responsibilities

• Managing the strategic and the day-to-day operations of the entire hospital.
• To ensure all departments are comprehensive staffed to the extent possible.
• Liaising and supervising all clinical departments and staff to ensure delivery of medical services of high quality within the patient Safety environment.
• Manage medical services, including patient care, treatment plans, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for hospital operations as per NABH Standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accreditation standards

Preferred candidate profile

• MBBS with MBA or Post Graduation in Hospital Administration.
• Candidate should have minimum 3 yrs of experience in Administration profile in Medical services.
