Medical Summarizer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Summarize patient medical records, including diagnoses, treatments, and test results.
• Assist physicians in preparing reports and documents for patients' files.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems (EHRs).
• Provide support to pharmacists by summarizing medication lists and adverse event reports.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in a hospital setting or related field.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Proficiency in medical coding, medical transcription, or medical scribing is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of pharmacovigilance principles and practices.
