Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the medical services department.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.
  
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fitment, and make recommendations for new hires.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during all stages of recruitment.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interviews, offers extended.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in HR operations or related field (medical services industry preferred).
  
• Bachelor's degree in any specialization (BDS/BAMS/BHMS/BUMS) from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong understanding of healthcare services/hospital administration/human resource management principles.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) with ability to learn new software quickly.
