Medical Sales Representative

Business Development Executive. Responsibilities: Develop and expand the market for the foldable skin closure device across Pune. Visit surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare professionals daily. Generate new leads and achieve assigned sales targets. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and regular follow-ups. Attend surgeries and provide on-site product support. Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons and hospital teams. Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sales. Promote product awareness and increase adoption. Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers to generate repeat business. Keep daily reports of doctor visits, leads, surgeries, and sales activities. Take complete responsibility for territory development and sales growth. After proving strong performance in Pune, develop and manage a sales team under your supervision. Based on performance, the territory may be expanded to Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, and Rajasthan.
