Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify donor medical records, health histories, and supporting medical documents.
• Assess donor eligibility based on established medical screening criteria and organizational SOPs.
• Identify medical risk factors, discrepancies, and potential donor deferral conditions.
• Coordinate with medical and operational teams for clarifications and eligibility assessments.
• Maintain accurate screening documentation and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of donor-related medical information.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational background in Medical Sciences, Life Sciences, Nursing, or relevant healthcare disciplines.
• Prior experience in medical document review, donor screening, or healthcare documentation is preferred.
• Good understanding of medical terminology, clinical reports, and screening procedures.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and documentation accuracy.
