Medical Reviewer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Review medical records, including clinical notes, test results, and other relevant documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct thorough reviews of patient records to identify potential issues or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve any identified errors or inconsistencies in the record.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines throughout the review process.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience as a Medical Reviewer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of MedDRA coding system (RMP) for electronic health records (EHRs).
• Proficiency in ITR (Integrated Transformation & Reporting) software for data analysis and reporting purposes.
