Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate medical records, clinical documents, and patient information for accuracy and completeness.
• Assess medical documentation against applicable clinical and organizational guidelines.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, and potential clinical/documentation issues.
• Provide accurate and evidence-based medical reviews and recommendations.
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, and quality teams to resolve medical documentation queries.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned reviews and maintain required quality standards.
• Stay updated on relevant medical guidelines, terminology, and healthcare practices.

Requirements

• MBBS / MD from a recognized medical institution.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant clinical or medical review experience.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation.
