Position: Field Sales Executive

About the Role

Himalaya Wellness is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented female candidates for the position of Field Sales Executive. The role involves managing assigned territories, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective field visits and market development.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned outlets, retailers, pharmacies, and other relevant customers on a regular basis.
  
• Promote and generate sales for Himalaya Wellness products.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and customers.
  
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and distribution targets.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
  
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper placement at retail outlets.
  
• Collect market feedback and share competitor and customer insights with the reporting manager.
  
• Maintain daily visit reports and update sales activities regularly.
  
• Coordinate with distributors and retailers to ensure smooth order processing and product availability.
  
• Follow company policies and sales processes while working in the assigned territory.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates only.
  
• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
  
• 13 years of experience in field sales, , pharma, healthcare related industries preferred.
  
• Freshers with good communication and a willingness to work in field sales may also be considered.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
  
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  
• Should have a customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
  
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
