Medical Representative

Role & responsibilities

• Promote company products to Doctors, Chemists, and Healthcare Professionals.
• Regularly meet Pediatricians (Pedia) and Gynecologists (Gyn) to generate prescriptions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Conduct product detailing and scientific discussions with doctors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and distributors.
• Ensure effective territory coverage and market penetration.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
• Maintain daily call reports and activity records.
• Organize CMEs, doctor meetings, and promotional activities as required.
• Follow company sales and reporting processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1+ years of experience as a Medical Representative in Pharma/Nutrition Sales.
• Mandatory experience in handling Pediatricians and Gynecologists.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good knowledge of territory management and prescription generation.
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
