Role & responsibilities

1. You shall achieve minimum Doctors calls on an average of 14, and Retailers calls on an average of 6, per working day, in a month.
2. You shall get User ID for submission of online reporting system.
3. DCR Submission: You shall submit your reports on daily basis. If you do not submit the reports in next two day it will get locked automatically.
4. If your USER ID gets locked, you should write an email to your FM/FO mentioning the reason for default who will forward the same to RSM with approval & comments on the same forwarded email, RSM will forward to Sales Manager for release of Lock. Sales Manager will approve the request and forward to H.O. for release of lock, on receipt of same email with approval from Sales Manager, we will release your USER ID.
5. Once USER ID gets released, you should submit your pending DCR on the same day, otherwise next day, again that USER ID will get locked.  
6. You are required to maintain record of your day-to-day Field activities on the Ready Reckoner provided by the Company. This Ready Reckoner should be produced to superiors, as and when demanded. Any incomplete data on the Ready Reckoner indicates a distorted picture of your field activities, which will be viewed seriously.
7. Expense statement to be generated in the reporting software which you need to claim after submitting all DCRs of the month.
8. You shall book orders from stockists/retailers/doctors/ institution as and when possible and send the copy of the same, to your Field Officer/Manager.
9. You shall monitor the prescribing habits of doctors during the retailers visit and shall record   this information.
10. You shall actively participate in the Objective Evaluation conducted by F.M. and in his absence by R.S.M. during the cycle meetings.
11. You will detail products with Samsung Tablet provided to you, during doctors calls you will also use tablet for other official purposes.
12. You shall refrain from taking any Leave during the joint working as per existing agreement with your senior except in case of unavoidable circumstances.
13. You shall submit your Tour Programme to your FO/FM one month in advance. For eg. your T.P. for October should be forwarded through online package on or before 30th of August. If you do not submit your T.P. within the stipulated date, you will not be able to have access to your online reporting system. It’s in your own interest to send reports on time to avoid inconvenience.
14. You shall strictly follow the tour programme and the mode of transport as agreed with F.M. Any change in tour programme will be subject to mutual consent only.
15. The Sampling Strategy given by Marketing Department shall be totally implemented by you.
16. You will prepare the List of Doctors based on the market information collected for implementing Special Campaign. Special Campaign will be implemented in totality with full force.
17. You are responsible for the follow-up of payment from stockist/retailers/institutions etc; in the interest of completion of sales.
18. You will get your salary slip in your personal email address.
19. Any other activity relating to business as instructed by your seniors.
