B. Key Role tasks

• Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and chemists as per daily call plan.
   Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and chemists in the assigned territory as per the daily tour plan. Ensure effective territory coverage and maintain strong professional relationships through consistent follow-ups. 
• Promote company products to doctors and healthcare professionals through effective product detailing and scientific communication. Use promotional materials to create awareness and improve product visibility. 
• Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness in the assigned territory.
   Focus on expanding product reach and strengthening market presence in the assigned territory. 
• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and customer management. Monitor performance regularly and take necessary actions to improve sales outcomes. 
• Conduct product presentations and explain product features, usage, and benefits using scientific information. Address customer queries effectively to build confidence in the products. 
• Coordinate with chemists and stockists to maintain adequate product availability in the market. Monitor stock levels regularly and support timely replenishment. 
• Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer feedback.
   Share insights with the reporting manager to support business decisions and strategy. 
• Submit daily reports, tour plans, and expense statements on time.
   Maintain accurate records of daily field activities and submit reports, tour plans, and expense statements within defined timelines. Ensure reporting accuracy and transparency.

• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for promotional activities and campaigns.
   Work closely with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns and field activities effectively. Share market feedback to support campaign planning and execution.
• Maintain discipline in field work, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
