Job Summary

Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representatives for its Dermatology & Paediatric Division. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting the company's products to healthcare professionals, generating prescriptions, achieving sales targets, and building long-term relationships with doctors, hospitals, chemists, stockists, and distributors in the assigned territory through effective scientific product detailing and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Promote Dermatology & Paediatric products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct regular doctor calls and scientific product detailing to generate prescriptions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, distributors, and hospitals.
• Ensure product availability and visibility across the assigned territory.
• Conduct chemist and stockist visits to support business development.
• Organize and participate in CMEs, conferences, doctor meetings, and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Prepare and submit Daily Call Reports (DCR), Monthly Tour Programs (MTP), expense statements, and market feedback within timelines.
• Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and ethical marketing practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc., B.Pharm, or D.Pharm preferred).
• 03 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and an interest in Pharma Sales are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in doctor coverage, product detailing, and prescription generation will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
