Job Summary

We are looking for a Medical Representative / Pharmaceutical Sales to build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.

The role involves promoting sugar.fit's healthcare solutions, generating leads through doctor engagement, conducting regular field visits, and achieving assigned business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
• Introduce and explain sugar.fit's healthcare and diabetes management solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Generate leads and business opportunities through regular doctor engagement.
• Achieve assigned sales and doctor-engagement targets.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with doctors and prospective clients.
• Identify new doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare accounts.
• Maintain daily visit reports, lead records, and follow-ups using CRM/Excel.
• Track market trends and competitor activities and provide feedback to the team.
• Represent the company professionally at medical meetings, conferences, and healthcare events.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethical conduct, and compliance.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Nursing, or a related field.
• 28 years of experience in Medical Representative, Pharmaceutical Sales, Healthcare Sales, or similar roles.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, diabetes, and healthcare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Ability to build relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
