Medical Representative (MR) / PRO

Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative (MR) / PRO to join our diagnostic centre in Ranchi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals and healthcare professionals regularly.
• Promote diagnostic tests, health packages and other services offered by the centre.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Generate referrals and develop new business opportunities.
• Follow up with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve assigned monthly business and visit targets.
• Conduct regular field visits and maintain daily visit reports.
• Coordinate with the centre team for smooth customer service and referral management.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the assigned area.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, presentable and target-oriented.
• Good knowledge of Ranchi market and local areas will be an advantage.
• Candidates with experience in diagnostic centres, hospitals, healthcare or pharmaceutical sales will be preferred.
• Fresher candidates with good communication and sales aptitude can also apply.
• Willingness to travel for field visits.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred.
• Hindi communication is essential; basic English communication will be an advantage.
