Medical Representative (Direct Client Payroll)

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote clinical Testing, Contract Testing, and Genomics Sequencing services to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and institutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct presentations and promotional activities.
• Follow up on leads and convert business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights.
• Maintain daily activity reports and update CRM/sales records.
• Travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and business development.

Skills Required:

• 2-3 years of experience in Pharma Sales, Diagnostic Sales, Laboratory Services (Lab Services), or as a Medical Representative.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Good understanding of the diagnostic laboratory, and healthcare industries.
• Experience in promoting laboratory testing services, diagnostic solutions, pathology services, or healthcare products will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage assigned territories effectively.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
