Medical Representative (Derma Sales) - Delhi NCR

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Medical Representative to drive the growth of Sera Natural's dermatologist and professional skincare channel.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in dermatology or cosmeceutical sales, an established network of dermatologists and skin clinics, and a proven ability to generate business through doctor engagement, product detailing, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Doctor Engagement & Relationship Management: Conduct regular field visits to dermatologists, cosmetologists, aesthetic clinics, and skincare professionals to establish and strengthen professional relationships.
• Product Promotion & Scientific Detailing: Effectively present the company's skincare portfolio, including product formulations, active ingredients, clinical benefits, efficacy, and competitive differentiation.
• Business Development & Sales: Drive product recommendations, clinic adoption, repeat orders, and revenue generation through consistent doctor engagement and follow-ups.
• Territory Management: Identify, map, and develop potential dermatologists, skin clinics, and associated pharmacies across assigned territories to maximize market coverage.
• Doctor & Clinic Onboarding: Acquire new dermatologist and clinic partnerships, facilitate product introductions, and develop sustainable business relationships.
• Product Sampling & Promotional Activities: Execute sampling programs, product demonstrations, clinic-level promotional initiatives, and dermatologist engagement activities to increase product awareness and adoption.
• Sales Target Achievement: Own and achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets for doctor coverage, clinic onboarding, product adoption, and sales revenue.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotional activities, market trends, and dermatologist feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate daily call reports (DCR), doctor databases, visit plans, follow-up records, sales reports, and territory performance updates.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to execute promotional initiatives and ensure product availability across relevant sales channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1-5 years of relevant experience in dermatology, pharmaceutical, medical representative, or cosmeceutical sales.
• Prior experience in dermatologist-focused sales or the professional skincare channel is strongly preferred.
• Existing relationships with dermatologists, cosmetologists, and aesthetic clinics across Delhi NCR will be a significant advantage.
• Strong understanding of dermatological skincare products, active ingredients, scientific detailing, and doctor engagement practices.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, expanding doctor coverage, and generating repeat business.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong territory planning, relationship management, reporting, and analytical abilities.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork and daily doctor visits.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and basic CRM systems.
