MEDICAL RECORDS REVIEWER

• Review medical records and extract relevant clinical information accurately.
• Prepare concise, structured medical summaries based on the available documentation.
• Identify key diagnoses, procedures, treatments, medical history, and other relevant details as required by the process.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, completeness, and turnaround-time standards.
• Follow established work instructions, quality guidelines, and confidentiality requirements when handling medical information.
• Flag missing, unclear, or inconsistent information according to the defined escalation process.
• Incorporate feedback from quality audits and work toward continuous improvement.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Records Reviewer or Medical Summarizer.
• Ability to read, understand, and summarize medical documentation accurately.
• Strong attention to detail, written comprehension, and documentation skills.
• Ability to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology is required; familiarity with clinical documentation and healthcare records is preferred.
• Ability to work from the Pune office during the day shift.
