Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Record Scanning & Digitization Executive to convert physical patient records into digital formats while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and proper record management. The role involves scanning, indexing, validating, and maintaining medical documents for easy access and secure storage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, sort, and prepare medical records for scanning.
• Scan patient files, medical reports, prescriptions, and related documents.
• Review scanned images to ensure clarity, completeness, and accuracy.
• Upload and index digitized records in the document management system (DMS/EMR).
• Maintain proper organization of physical and electronic records.
• Ensure patient information is handled confidentially and in compliance with data privacy guidelines.
• Identify and report missing, damaged, or incomplete records.
• Support retrieval and archiving of medical records as required.
• Meet daily productivity and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate/Diploma holder.
• 0-5 years of experience in document scanning, digitization, or medical records management preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
• Familiarity with scanning equipment and document management systems is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
