Medical Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to patients in various settings, including general medicine, pediatrics, critical care, diagnostics, rehabilitation, healthcare services, and childcare.
  
• Conduct thorough medical examinations and diagnose illnesses or injuries using clinical judgment and knowledge of pathology.
  
• Develop treatment plans for patients based on their individual needs and medical history.
  
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatments.
• Participate in rotational shifts and emergency duties.
• Ensure NABH protocols and clinical quality standards are followed.
• Educate patients and attendants on treatment plans and preventive healthcare.
• Handle admission, discharge, and referral procedures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience as a Medical Officer or equivalent role.
  
• Degree in M.B.B.S. (Any Specialization).
  
• Strong understanding of general medicine principles and practices.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Duty: General shift with night on-call coverage
