Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lab activities, including sample collection, processing, testing, and reporting of results.
  
• Supervise laboratory staff to ensure efficient workflow, accuracy, and timeliness of test results.
  
• Develop and implement policies for quality control measures to maintain accreditation status.
  
• Manage laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high-quality standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong knowledge of haematology principles and practices; ability to supervise haematology tests independently.
  
• 2-6 years of experience in biochemistry or related field (clinical pathology).
  
• Proficiency in laboratory management systems; excellent communication skills for interacting with doctors and other stakeholders.
