Role Description

The Medical Device Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Udaipur . This role involves building and maintaining relationships with orthodontists and other dental professionals, presenting the company's aligner solutions, and driving product adoption. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, managing sales pipelines, following up on leads, and supporting clinics with product information and training. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams on sales operations, handle territory planning, and provide regular reporting on sales performance and market feedback. The role requires consistent on-site visits to partner practices, professional communication, and a strong focus on achieving sales targets while supporting high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Medical Sales and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Knowledge of Medical Devices and familiarity with clinical workflows in dental or related healthcare settings.
• 1-3 Yrs Experience in Orthopedics or similar medical domains that involve device-based treatments is advantageous.
• Skills in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, reporting, and coordination with internal teams.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage healthcare professionals effectively.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area, manage a field-based schedule, and travel within the territory as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Prior experience in dental, orthodontic, or medical device sales is a plus.

Compensation

Salary : 4-6 LPA + allowances + incentives
