Role Description

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Medical Coding and a strong grasp of Medical Terminology
- Familiarity with Health Information Management systems and coding standards
- Certification or qualification in RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician) or equivalent
- Strong instructional and communication skills to facilitate training processes
- Commitment to student success and ability to mentor aspiring medical coders
- Experience in teaching or training roles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
