Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated CPC Certified Medical Coder (Fresher) to join our Medical Coding team. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing patient medical records and assigning accurate medical codes for diagnoses, procedures, and services in compliance with coding guidelines and healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review patient medical records and clinical documentation.
• Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
• Ensure coding compliance with industry standards and payer guidelines.
• Maintain productivity and quality targets set by the organization.
• Identify documentation gaps and report coding discrepancies.
• Participate in coding audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated with coding guideline changes and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to resolve coding-related queries.

Eligibility Criteria

• 1 to 2 years of experience in any of the following specialties:
• E/M Coding (Outpatient , Inpatient, ED)
• Surgery Coding experience will be an added advantage.
• Ophthalmology Coding experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of coding guidelines and payer-specific requirements.
• Professional certification such as CPC, CCS, or COC is preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
