Roles and Responsibilities

• Code medical records accurately using ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCC, and other relevant coding systems.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines for accurate coding practices.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify diagnoses and ensure accurate documentation.
  
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
  
• Stay up-to-date with changes in coding guidelines, regulations, and industry standards.
• CPC certification Mandatory and CPC-A is not considered
