Role & responsibilities

• Review surgical medical records, operative reports, and physician documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Assign appropriate CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS codes based on documented surgical procedures.
• Verify surgical procedure codes, modifiers, diagnosis codes, and units of service.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any graduate or relevant educational qualification; a life sciences or healthcare-related degree is an advantage.
• Freshers or experienced candidates may apply, depending on company requirements.
• Basic knowledge of US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is preferred.
• Knowledge of surgical medical coding and billing is an advantage.
