Roles and Responsibilities

• Code medical records accurately using CPC certification.
  
• Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS Level II coding guidelines.
  
• Review and verify accuracy of coded data for completeness and accuracy.
  
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to coding.
