Job Responsibilities

• Review and analyze medical records and physician documentation.
• Assign accurate CPT and ICD-10-CM codes as per official coding guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and client-specific requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in E/M OP coding.
• Valid medical coding certification is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and medical coding guidelines.
• Ability to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Candidates with notice periods ranging from immediate joining to 45 days are welcome.
