Coder: 1+ year of experience

QA: 3+ years of experience

Job Type: Full-Time

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred and Notice period

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze medical records and physician documentation.
• Assign accurate CPT and ICD-10-CM codes as per coding guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with official coding guidelines and client requirements.
• Identify coding errors and maintain quality standards.
• For QA candidates, audit coded charts, provide feedback, and support coders in improving coding accuracy.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Relevant experience in E/M OP coding.
• Valid medical coding certification is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and medical coding guidelines.
