Medical Claims Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a US Medical Billing Executive to handle medical billing activities including claim submission, payment posting, and prior authorization. The candidate should have good attention to detail, basic knowledge of US healthcare processes, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Submit and process medical claims accurately to insurance payers.
• Perform payment posting and update patient/account records.
• Handle Prior Authorization (Pre-Auth) requests and follow up with insurance companies.
• Review EOBs/ERAs and identify payment discrepancies.
• Follow up on claim rejections, denials, and outstanding payments.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits when required.
• Maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and claim-related issues.

Night Shift- 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM
