About this role
Building an in-house media team to create engaging property and brand content. The Media Specialist will transform raw footage from shoots into polished reels, shorts and property walkthrough videos for social media and marketing use.
Key responsibilities
*Edit property walkthrough videos, reels, shorts, and promotional content.
*Add graphics, subtitles, transitions, music, and voiceovers are required.
*Organize and maintain the raw footage and asset library.
*Collaborate with the photographer, graphic designer, and BDM/sales team form content requirements.
*Ensure all videos follow brand guidelines and are optimized per platform (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
*Deliver videos within agreed timelines as per the content calendar.
*Stay updated with trending video/reel formats and suggest creative ideas.
Preferred Requirements:
*Diploma/degree in Film Editing, Mass Communication, or related field (or equivalent portfolio).
*0-1 years of hands-on video editing experience, preferably for social media/real estate content.
*Strong portfolio of edited reels/shorts/walkthrough videos.
Key Skills:
*Adobe premiere pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro
*Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva
*Motion Graphics basics (After Effects).
*Sound design & colour correction.
*Understanding of Rells/shorts formats.
*Time Management.
*DSLR/Mirrorless camera operation
*Lighting & Composition.
*Basic Lightroom/photoshop editing.
*Shoot planning & Coordination.
