Media Operations Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Media Operations Intern to manage social media page inventory, coordinate with page owners, negotiate commercials, and support campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and regularly update inventory/data of Instagram pages.
• Research and identify relevant pages based on campaign requirements.
• Coordinate with page owners/admins for pricing, availability and deliverables.
• Negotiate commercials and rates with page owners.
• Maintain accurate data including page category, reach, engagement, pricing and contact details.
• Assist with page shortlisting, campaign execution and posting updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of Instagram and social media.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel.
• Good research, coordination and follow-up skills.
