Media Marketing Executive

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates having professional certification/course from MAAC (Maya Academy of Advanced Cinematics), Arena Animation, or similar reputed institutes will be preferred.
• Candidates with strong experience in product brochure/catalogue design, website designing, social media creatives, and digital marketing will be highly preferred.
• Experience in handling complete marketing collateral development from concept to final production will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred.
• 13 years of relevant experience in Media, Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Social Media Marketing, Website Design, Digital Marketing, and Product Brochure Design is essential.
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of graphic design, branding, typography, layouts, and visual communication.
• Good understanding of website design and digital content creation.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to develop professional marketing creatives.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design professional product brochures, catalogues, company profiles, presentations, flyers, and other marketing collaterals.
• Create and manage social media creatives, posts, banners, campaigns, and promotional content.
• Handle social media platforms and website-related marketing activities.
• Design and update website pages, banners, graphics, and visual content as required.
• Develop creative and professional product brochures and product-related marketing materials, ensuring accurate product information and specifications.
• Work closely with the product, sales, and internal teams to collect product details, images, content, and technical information.
• Ensure all designs and marketing materials follow the companys branding and communication guidelines.
• Coordinate with external vendors for printing, quotations, samples, proofs, and final delivery.
• Review final artwork and proofs for content, dimensions, quality, colour, alignment, and accuracy.
• Maintain consistency in the companys visual identity across website, social media, brochures, presentations, and other marketing platforms.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain records of marketing materials, creative assets, and vendors.
• Manage multiple design and marketing assignments while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with current design, social media, digital marketing, and branding trends.
