Media Indexing Trainee

We are looking for detail-oriented and analytical candidates to join our team as Media Indexing Trainees.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze PDF documents across diverse domains such as Education, Science, Engineering, Law, Humanities, Social Studies, Crime, Fiction, and more.
• Capture key information including authors, affiliations, titles, contributions, and pagination.
• Apply relevant metadata, keywords, tags, and categories.
• Support content indexing, taxonomy, and categorization.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency while processing high volumes of content.
• Follow defined indexing guidelines and quality standards.

What Were Looking For:
• Strong reading comprehension and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of metadata, tagging, or indexing
• Good proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
• Ability to work with content across different subject areas
