• • Strong expertise in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Presentation Design, and Digital Content Creation. • • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and PowerPoint. • • Strong understanding of branding, typography, visual hierarchy, layouts, color theory, and design principles. • • Experience with video editing, motion graphics What are we looking for? • Typically 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in graphic design, multimedia, creative services, visual communications, or a related field, with demonstrated experience leading teams and managing large-scale creative delivery.• • • Strong stakeholder and client management skills. • • Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving, and leadership abilities. • • Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast paced global environment. • • Knowledge of AI powered creative and design tools is an advantage• • Creative quality and brand compliance • • On-time project delivery • • Stakeholder client satisfaction • • Team productivity and utilization • • Process efficiency and automation • • Innovation and adoption of new creative technologies • • Team capability development and retention Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead a team of graphic designers, multimedia specialists, and creative professionals, providing direction, mentoring, and performance management • Own end to end delivery of creative and multimedia projects, including planning, prioritization, execution, quality assurance, and timely delivery. • Develop creative concepts and visual strategies for presentations, campaigns, digital assets, social media, internal communications, and client facing materials. • Review and approve creative outputs to ensure quality, consistency, brand compliance, and adherence to client requirements • Partner with business leaders, marketing teams, communications teams, and client stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations • Establish creative standards, workflows, templates, and quality frameworks to improve team efficiency and consistency • Provide constructive feedback and creative guidance to designers and multimedia professionals • Identify opportunities to improve creative processes through automation, emerging design tools, AI enabled solutions, and new multimedia technologies. • Support presentations and client engagements by developing compelling visual narratives, executive presentations, infographics, videos, and other multimedia content • Monitor project metrics, productivity, quality, turnaround time, and client satisfaction • Manage escalations and resolve delivery, quality, and stakeholder concerns effectively • Collaborate with global teams and work across multiple geographies and time zones to support business and client requirements • Leadership & People Management • • Manage team capacity, workload allocation, utilization, and delivery priorities. • • Coach and mentor team members to build creative, technical, and professional capabilities.
