Media & Graphics Design Analyst

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Media and Graphic Design Analyst with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, visual communication, and content creation. The candidate should have strong expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Figma, and Adobe Illustrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets and design solutions for digital and print communication while maintaining brand consistency and meeting business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and professional graphic designs and visual content for digital and print platforms.
• Develop marketing creatives, presentations, brochures, banners, posters, social media creatives, and other communication materials.
• Work extensively with Adobe Creative Cloud tools to develop and edit creative assets.
• Create page layouts, publications, brochures, and other structured content using Adobe InDesign.
• Perform image editing, retouching, manipulation, and composition using Adobe Photoshop.
• Use Figma for visual design, layouts, creative concepts, and collaborative design workflows.
• Create illustrations, icons, graphics, and visual elements based on project requirements.
• Understand creative briefs and translate business requirements into visually appealing designs.
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colours, layouts, and visual standards.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, communications, and other stakeholders to deliver design requirements.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions within agreed timelines.
• Manage multiple design requests/projects while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Maintain and organise design assets, source files, templates, and creative libraries.
• Stay updated with current graphic design trends, tools, techniques, and visual communication practices.

Requirements:

• Any Graduation.
• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related disciplines is an added advantage.
• Mandatory Technical Skills: Graphic Design, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Figma, Illustration.
