About the job

We are looking for a skilled Facebook Ads Expert to manage and scale our campaigns for an e-commerce brand. The right person should have hands-on experience with D2C brands and strong knowledge of the Facebook ads ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Facebook ad campaigns to drive sales
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for best performance and ROAS
• Analyze data and share clear performance reports
• Understand product, audience, and market to create winning ad strategies
• Run experiments, audience testing, and creative testing
• Stay updated with the latest Meta ads trends and tools

Requirements

• 1 to 6 years of Facebook Ads experience (D2C/e-commerce is a must)
• Strong command of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager tools
• Experience in scaling campaigns with good ROI
• Good understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and events setup
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Clear communication and teamwork skills

Salary

₹20,000 to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
