Role & responsibilities

Job Description :

• Responsible for mechanical maintenance of CNC, VMC, HMC and other machine shop equipment to ensure maximum machine availability.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical failures related to spindle, ball screws, guideways, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Coordinate with electrical, automation and production teams to minimize machine downtime.
• Monitor machine health, MTTR, MTBF and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective actions for recurring breakdowns.
• Manage spare parts planning, inventory control and maintenance documentation.
• Ensure TPM implementation, 5S practices and compliance with safety standards.
• Guide and develop maintenance technicians, contractors and shift maintenance teams.
• Experience in CNC machine tools from manufacturers such as Makino, Fanuc, Siemens or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of machine tool alignment, lubrication systems, hydraulic circuits and precision maintenance.
